Dr Stahl comments:

It must be said that while the creators of this feature film make a
very strong and compelling case, it must not be taken as an all-out
condemnation of modern medicine or pharmacology. It was perhaps' the
authors' zeal in condemning the self-evident corruption within some
parts of the medical world which made them gloss over the positives
which modern medicine and pharmacology have to offer. The general
point, however, is indeed valid, particularly when looking at mental
conditions such as those which psychotherapy or hypnotherapy can
address much more successfully - and with no side-effects.

How To Make Panic Attacks Disappear

Posted by FS on December 1, 2010

cure panic attack

A "panic attack" can be described as an episode of incredibly intense
fear or sudden apprehension. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of
Mental Disorders describes panic attacks as "a discrete period of
intense fear or discomfort in which (at least 4 of 13) symptoms
developed abruptly and reached a peak within 10 minutes."

A panic attack can be as short as a few seconds, or it can stretch for
20, 30 minutes. In extreme cases it can last for hours. To make matters
worse, sufferers of panic attack frequently experience "anticipatory
anxiety." You could say that they're afraid of being afraid...!

People who experience a panic attack for the first time often confuse
it with something else and may call for emergency services. It may feel
like a heart attack or any number of medical conditions. A panic attack
is said to be one of the most intensely uncomfortable, upsetting and
terrifying experiences in a person's life.

As with any psychological condition, the roots of a panic attack can be
found in the subconscious mind. Life's experiences including
environmental or other factors are processed by our brains on these two
basic levels: the "conscious" and the "subconscious." If those
experiences (whether objective or - in some cases - subjective) are
traumatic, they can lodge themselves within a person's subconscious
mind and... take on a life of their own. Under those conditions,
suppressed feelings and thoughts, as well as any unresolved
psychological issues can subconsciously metamorphosize into a
self-parasitical form of mental sabotage, which for all practical
purposes seems to outside of our conscious control.

This is where DreamWalk can be a God-sent! Because its methodology is
to simply and directly engage the subconscious mind, it can proceed to
unravel and "weed out" all these subconscious states of mind virtually
from day one.

During a Panic Attack DreamWalk session, I will introduce you to your
fears in a new way. Your brain will be able to face and understand
their true nature. I will "remind your brain" of what it forgot, and
how to recognize signals of impending "episodes" and how head them off
in the most effective manner.

I've had a near-100% success rate in treating panic attacks in the
past, using the exact same methods which I'm sharing with you in the
form of DreamWalk. Depending on the individual, a treatment can be as
short as - literally - just a handful of sessions, or it might take a
few months. In all cases, however, the overall sense of regaining
control of one's life is among the first reactions virtually all
patients report.

Be a Winner With DreamWalk

Posted by FS on December 1, 2010

winner2 The Mindset of a Winner is the difference between a happy,
fulfilled life, and a life that is a never-ending chain of
difficulties. Most of us understand this, and even when we're told that
we need to think and act in a "positive" manner, while we're usually
capable of understanding and agreeing with this notion, we nevertheless
carry on regardless, not actually making any changes in our lives.

There are good psychological reason for that that is usually the case.
Our whole life is one long chain of habits. Physical ones and mental
ones. The vast majority of those habits, our conditioning and our
personality structure, are so deeply ingrained so as to be nearly
outside of our conscious control. Often, even deliberate, conscious
efforts to make changes in our lives fail, simply because our
subconscious mind remains in control - on auto-pilot.

Truth be told, the vast majority of us need a massive jolt to make any
meaningful changes in our lives. And even then we often don't make
fundamental, structural changes. Another way to try to affect an
internal change within ourselves, is to deliberately embark on a
self-development program. Meditation is one great way, and various
life-coaching programs can also yield very positive results in that
regard.

Yet another approach, which has a strong chance of affecting a change
is through hypnotherapy. A program such as DreamWalk feeds your
subconscious with messages you already understand with your conscious
mind - but your subconscious is not fully onboard with all that
understanding! By utilizing subtle hypnotherapeutic cues, the
subconscious mind can more easily come to terms with the simple fact
that there is a better way. And it starts with a simple feeling of "yes
I can". It's one thing to say it - it's a whole different thing to feel
it deep down within you. And this is what this program is all about.

Improve Your Golf

Posted by FS on December 1, 2010

improve your golf I was resisting creating this highly specialized
version of DreamWalk at first. I felt that all the other DreamWalk
courses were more than enough to help someone with just about "any"
kind of a challenge in life.

But then, I've had a number of patients - or in this case, more
accurately: "clients" - who have come to me seeking very specific
answers and procedures to accomplish narrow and carefully defined aims.
Like "can you help me improve my golf game, Dr Frank?"

At first, such questions made me feel a little silly. I'm no golfer.
I'm a shrink! I can't tell the difference between a club and a ball!

But then I thought about it. What is the "psychology of achievement?"
What makes one person be a champion at something while another a dismal
failure? It suddenly made perfect sense to me. My entire professional
life's mission has been to empower people, to give them "mental tools"
to go further and more easily and efficiently than ever before.

So, for a while I've immersed myself in sports psychology and the
methods and techniques used by top athletes to achieve the best
possible results in whatever it is they specialize in.

I quickly recognized that my methods and approach differ subtly from
those employed by most other psychologists. While we're in agreement
that "visualization," "goal setting," "relaxation" and "self-talk" are
all great tools for expanding the mind and energizing our senses, these
other methods I've examined were almost completely devoid of the one
component which I happen to view as THE most essential one of them all:
engaging the subconscious mind!

With this in mind, this highly specialized version DreamWalk - "How to
Improve Your Golf Fame" (which could just as easily have been any other
kind of game or pursuit!) was born.

The Golfer will learn how to conquer the most difficult elements of his
game, and how to "find" and "invest" the extra concentration and effort
needed to achieve the best results. Any high-class golfer knows that
90% of the game is in his mind. I would refine that: "90% of the game
is in your subconscious mind!"

Time to score a hole in one. With DreamWalk!

Tackling ADD/ADHD

Posted by FS on December 1, 2010

fbLikeIframe

cure adhd Is it estimated that up to around 10% of the population
suffer from ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) or ADHD (Attention Deficit
Hyperactivity Disorder). While this disorder is commonly associated
with children, it's less known that as many as up to 50% of the
children diagnosed with this condition never manage to get rid of it as
adults.

In spite of this hugely worrying statistic, the rest of us are largely
intolerant of this condition, believing it to be merely a lack of
mental discipline or even simply bad manners. Even psychiatrists talk
about this syndrome as "impulse control lag" or "developmental
impairment." This is compounded by the fact that many practicing
psychiatrists (as opposed to researchers) are not properly trained in
recognizing - or managing - this impairment. It's easy to understand
why: if someone is distracted, overly talkative, impatient, constantly
in motion, can't concentrate - does that mean he or she is afflicted
with ADHD or is it just a temporary state of mind?

To complicate things, there is no agreement among mental health
professionals regarding what this condition actually is, with some even
doubting that it is a genuine disorder. While the bickering continues,
un-treated ADD/ADHD sufferers can witness a complete deterioration of
their lives, affecting not just their psychological states but also
physical ones. They also experience social problems resulting from
interactions with other people.

ADD/ADHD can have a tremendous and negative impact on the life of the
person afflicted with it as well as the people around him or her. I
know - I've been living with ADHD all my life!

It is this personal perspective coupled with my professional training
and experience that give me a particularly interesting insight into not
just what this disorder is, but also how to manage it and even use it
to one's advantage!

While ADD/ADHD may seem like nuisance to other people, it is in fact a
cloud with more than one silver lining. Once you discover this, you can
turn it into a positive force in your life, with the correct
preparation and training! For instance, did you know that people
suffering from this condition tend to have higher IQs than the average?

While researchers continue to study this condition, little is known
about its origins. It's considered that it might be related to genetics
or social/environmental factors - even diet. In other words: just about
anything.

I do not pretend to know "how" it arises or "where" it comes from. But
as a former sufferer myself, I know it can be successfully treated with
the correct form of therapy. And I'm living proof of this!

In fact, it's not entirely impossible that my whole motivation to
research and develop DreamWalk was fuelled by my personal need to
conquer my own ADHD.

While a minority of psychologists and psychiatrists still maintain that
this is a "non-disorder" and the rest of them continue to grapple with
ways to treat it (with the absolute worst being medicating it!), I have
been successfully treating this condition for over 30 years, with
hundreds of cases resolved fully, defying statistics.

ADD/ADHD is real enough and can be treated very successfully with
DreamWalk. I know of no other therapy that achieves even this level of
success. If you or someone you know suffers from this condition, you
should know that DreamWalk can help you become successful and powerful,
showing you how to turn this "handicap" into a positive force in your
life. You will discover that ADHD is in fact a blessing in disguise.

Managing Anxiety

Posted by FS on December 1, 2010

cure anxiety I have already developed separate DreamWalk sessions to
help people deal with panic attacks, stress management and phobias, so
this "Managing Anxiety" module is intended as a more general approach
to subconscious-based methods and techniques for coping with fears and
general anxiety.

Anxiety is a psychological and physiological state characterized by
cognitive, somatic, emotional, and behavioral components. In plain
speak - "you know it, you feel it - and it makes you feel on edge and
act accordingly!"

Anxiety is a generalized "mood condition" that can often occur without
an easily recognizable trigger. It is different from fear, which occurs
in the presence of an observed threat. Additionally, fear is related to
specific behaviors (e.g. escape or avoidance), whereas anxiety is the
result of threats that are perceived to be uncontrollable or
unavoidable.

DreamWalk is pretty unique in the manner in which it connects the dots
for its practitioner. Using visualizations and subtle cues, it
re-engages the brain on both the conscious and subconscious levels to
actively take part in the appropriate restructuring of the self, and by
combining "feeling" with "understanding", DreamWalk can literally
liberate you from these debilitating conditions!

Managing Anxiety with DreamWalk will:
* Free you of anxiety, panic attacks, phobias and OCD - permanently
* Quickly eliminate your underlying anxieties and fears
* Allow your phobias and obsessions to fade away
* Stop anxiety preventing you doing things you want to do
* Allow you to move forward with life and face exciting challenges
* Massively increase your confidence and successes in all that you do

More than 90 % of "DreamWalkers" completely eliminate their Panic
Attacks, Anxiety, OCD and Phobias as well as their obsessions and
eating disorders, their smoking habits and difficulties in achieving
optimal results quickly and permanently...

DreamWalk is the hugely overlooked KEY to curing anxiety, panic
attacks, OCD and phobias that many specialists don't know about or
dismiss as "New-Agey!" But, as you're about to find out - it works!

The techniques developed in DreamWalk have helped thousands of former
sufferers to permanently and completely eliminate panic attacks,
anxiety attacks, OCD, phobias and all the associated symptoms that had
previously dominated and ruled their lives.

To date, basing on my hands-on experience and research, the DreamWalk
method is probably the most successful technique of this kind available
anywhere.

Managing Over-Eating

Posted by FS on December 1, 2010

fbLikeIframe

fatwoman Eating disorders are medical conditions whose root causes may
be environmental, psychological and in some cases biological. It is
the psychological one that dominates, however.

In cases of obesity excess body fat accumulates to the extent that it
may have an adverse effect on health, leading to reduced life
expectancy and/or increased health problems. Obesity is known to be
closely linked to heart disease, type-2 diabetes, breathing
difficulties during sleep, certain types of cancer, and osteoarthritis.
Obesity is most commonly caused by a combination of excessive dietary
calories, lack of physical activity.

In cases of anorexia the organism doesn't receive nearly enough
nutrients to keep functioning correctly and, if the situation is not
quickly corrected, it can lead to a number of other illnesses and even
death.

Many types of eating disorders are recognized today, and there are
specialists who treat each of these in a different way. They tend to
classify eating disorders into such groups as "Anorexia nervosa,"
"Bulimia" (essentially, obesity), "Orthorexia Nervosa," "Diabulimia,"
and at least another half-dozen other variants.

It is my contention that eating disorders, while never to be treated
lightly, all essentially share the same general root cause:
psychological. In my experience, positive results (total cures) can be
achieved by careful restructuring and "reprogramming" of a patient's
subconscious mind. This is not to be taken as a cure-all, of course,
but DreamWalk has the huge advantage of being completely non-invasive,
and therefore SAFE under all conditions.

Were it not for the fact that in Eating Disorder Therapy the biggest
(subconscious) opposition comes from the patient him- or herself, this
kind of treatment could be quite straightforward and fast. But there
are two factors which make it much more of a challenge. Firstly, as I
already observed, the patient is subconsciously unwilling to let go of
the "good thing" ("food," in case of bulimia, or "revulsion at food" in
case of anorexia); secondly, the body will have by this point already
adapted to its owner's eating habits and will now be posing additional
demands of its own - demands which the conscious mind is virtually
unable to control. And the bulimic's oversized body really DOES need
the extra calorie input.

The ultimate key to conquering any type of eating disorder has to
restructure the subconscious mind. Patients who are consciously ready
and willing to tackle their subconscious are the most likely to recover
quickly, particularly when they combine their psychological therapy
with an appropriate nutritional strategy. Patients who don't
consciously recognize their condition as detrimental both physically
and psychologically, may either take longer to treat - or - may not
recover at all, if their subconscious opposition to change is
sufficiently strong.

In my experience with DreamWalk, well over 75% of the cases I have
treated were unqualified successes. Most people are aware of the
trouble they've gotten themselves into and most, once they start
seeking therapy, are already on the way to recovery. This applies
particularly to those who seek help from psychologists, rather than
nutritionists or orthodox doctors. This is NOT to take anything away
from those, but rather it is my way of reasserting that eating
disorders are primarily psychological disorders and must therefore be
countered by psychological assistance first and foremost. Correct
nutritional support and strategy is also of paramount importance and
should be looked at separately with a specialist in that field.

Confidence Building

Posted by FS on December 1, 2010

fbLikeIframe

confidence-coaching-pic This module is closely linked to the
Self-Esteem Building course I have developed as part of the DreamWalk
series. The difference is that it is more generalized and focuses more
forcefully on your ability to find mental balance and stability, as
well as developing your own, self-generated and consciously guided
triggers to achieve new states of mind - and enjoying the life's
successes that are sure to follow once you've mastered these
techniques.

Another title for "Confidence Building" could be "Experimenting with
Knowledge." In this case, it is the knowledge of the subconscious mind
and what makes it tick. And how it relates to your conscious mind.
We're all products of "multiple minds." Carl Jung thought that we all
share a "collective unconscious". Add that to the "personal
unconscious" and "conscious" minds and we seem to have "triple input"
right there!

Modern "orthodox" psychology tends to be rather dubious about this
issue. I understand why. It is difficult to test and easy to falsify
the existence of these "minds." But by focusing on this
"falsifiability" and thus proceeding with caution through this
psychological minefield, the conventional psychologists don't spend
nearly enough time examining the easily verifiable, albeit subjective,
experiences which clearly confirm this view.

In fact, I view this situation as a cop-out on part of the mainstream
psychology and my results with DreamWalk, which are based on and
tailored precisely to this less-than-orthodox view are borne out,
confirmed and verified through literally thousands of my personal case
histories and are factually proven beyond any doubt - even if the
academia still ponders it.

Cross this bridge with DreamWalk now. It's time your life turned in the
direction that YOU plan and desire!

Boosting Your Memory

Posted by FS on December 1, 2010

hdisk There are many books and courses on memory training and DreamWalk
is most definitely not a "how-to" guide into that field. But it is a
critical component which many of those techniques overlook entirely.
They attempt to teach you "tricks" to improve your memory, but they
make no attempt to "prepare your subconscious mind" to accept and
practice those methods.

The direct-to-subconscious method applied in DreamWalk can be of
critical importance to not just help you find balance in life, but also
to NATURALLY achieve significant improvement and enhanced capacity when
it comes to your ability to remember!

Tapping into those secret resources of our mind is a dream many of us
share.

"If only I could...."

With DreamWalk - you CAN.

The relaxation technique advanced by DreamWalk achieves a bridge
between the conscious and the subconscious and makes learning new
techniques - most definitely including memory boosting - as natural as
breathing.
You can do it and the Dreamwalk can help!

Kicking The Smoking Habit

Posted by FS on December 1, 2010

fbLikeIframe

Cigar.01 The subject of "addiction" is an interesting one in
psychology. To many people, addition is a purely psychological state
which only later evolves into a physical dependency.

All addictions carry the potential to have a negative impact on one's
life, not necessarily because of what they are but because the person
is involved with them seemingly "in spite of" him- or herself. It's the
"personal disempowerment" that addictions are blamed for that makes
them the commonly perceived villains.

Many people actually "choose" their addictions. They simply "like"
whatever it is and don't perceive it as a danger. Or, they imagine that
they can "stop whenever they like" - but they just don't WANT to stop.
It is this sense of comfort that the addictive substance gives us which
is the precise reason why it is so difficult to combat. Why
subconsciously rebel against rejecting something which "feels so good."

I'm neither condemning nor supporting any addictions. To me, they are -
ultimately - a matter of personal choice. But what I do not like to see
are situations where a person feels like a slave of their own
addiction, where they believe they can't do anything about the
condition they themselves created in the first place. Much of the
modern "pseudo-psychological" thinking supports the "poor me" scenario.
And why not... it's good business! I hope you can clearly detect my
irony at this point.

It is the "out of personal control addiction" which is dangerous and
highly undesirable. It is doubly dangerous because of the false
rationale which can so easily be employed here by anyone, to justify
the given behavior. "I enjoy it - why should I stop." "I know the
risks, but I choose to do it anyway because it helps me deal with other
stresses in life." Do you believe that? Do they themselves believe
that? Does it matter either way?

Addictions are bad for you for one real reason: if you can't control
them, this means that they control you. And if you're capable of being
controlled - you're no longer "your own" person. So I'm not passing
judgment on the substance itself. It is what it is. But if you can't be
its master and reject it at will (and PROVE IT), you really DO need the
DreamWalk therapy!

Once you have conquered smoking, you MAY choose to resume it, although
in the vast majority cases, this is really not a good idea. But the
interesting thing is that in case of people who conquer smoking with
DreamWalk - unlike with many other methods including "going cold
turkey" - their degree of control is much higher and they no longer
feel the NEED to return to this habit, and only rarely do they choose
to re-engage in such "controlled folly."

DreamWalk will help you connect with your subconscious mind and help
you understand as well as intuit the cause-and-effect mechanisms that
make you tick.

Most therapies tell you that you "need to want to stop" to overcome
your addiction. I would say that this attitude will definitely be
helpful when approaching DreamWalk for the same purpose, but there is
an added bonus here which few other therapies offer: you don't "really"
need to "want to stop." It is enough that you "want to explore." And if
you approach your life with that in mind, and choose DreamWalk to help
you look at your "possible addiction" - you will not be disappointed in
the result!
